A 5-axis collaborative palletizing robot: 30 kg payload, 1900 mm reach, ±0.5 mm repeatability. Floor-mounted with no lift column or civil works — it stacks standard 1200 × 1200 mm pallets to 1800 mm in a 6 m² footprint. Setup is parameter-driven: one-point calibration, no programming, 5-minute changeover.

UBT Robotics robotic palletizing automation solutions are designed for end-of-line handling of cartons, bags, cases, pails and other packaged products. The solution combines 5-axis or 6-axis palletizing robots, dedicated palletizing software, vacuum or mechanical grippers, conveyors, pallet stations, safety devices and optional vision functions. With 30 / 50 / 60 kg payload-class options, recipe-based changeovers, visual pallet patterns, 2D/3D monitoring and single-pick or multi-pick operation, the system supports flexible high-mix production.

UBT Robotics provides robotic spray painting automation solutions for automotive parts, metal components, plastic products, furniture, appliances, and other industrial coating applications. By integrating six-axis industrial robots, robot controllers, spray guns, paint delivery equipment, workpiece fixtures, conveyors, positioners, sensors, and optional vision systems, the solution automates repetitive spraying and coating processes while maintaining consistent robot motion, spray distance, gun angle, and travel speed.
