What data we collect

Inquiry form data: company name, contact name, work email, phone number, country, inquiry type, message, source page, and technical metadata (IP address, user agent) used for spam prevention and statistics.

Download gate data: name and work email when a file requires lead capture.

Server logs: standard web server logs retained for up to 90 days.

Why we process it

We process inquiry data to respond to your request and prepare quotations (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps). Technical metadata is used for spam prevention and website statistics. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymized.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

International transfers

Data is stored on servers located in Hong Kong SAR, China (Alibaba Cloud). Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
